Article 1. Purpose

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Beauty AI Pro ("the Service"), an AI-powered cosmetic surgery simulation service. By accessing or using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

Article 2. Definitions

1. "Service" refers to all AI-based facial analysis, cosmetic surgery simulations, and related content provided through the Beauty AI Pro website.
2. "User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Service.
3. "Content" refers to all information, including text, images, and AI analysis results, provided within the Service.

Article 3. Effectiveness and Modification

1. These Terms become effective upon posting on the Service website.
2. The Service Operator may amend these Terms to the extent they do not violate relevant laws. In such cases, the effective date and reasons for the amendment will be announced.
3. Users who do not agree to the amended Terms may discontinue using the Service.

Article 5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Liability ⚠️

1. Not Medical Advice: The Service does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All analysis results and simulations are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Under no circumstances should they be construed as a substitute for professional medical consultation, diagnosis, or treatment.
2. No Guarantee of Accuracy: We make no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or reliability of the AI-based analysis results. The results may differ from actual professional opinions due to the limitations of AI algorithms.
3. Limitation of Liability: The Service Operator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from decisions made by the User based on the analysis results of this Service (e.g., decision to undergo surgery, choice of hospital).
4. Professional Consultation Recommended: If you represent considering actual plastic surgery, please make a decision after a face-to-face consultation with a specialist certified by the Medical Association.
5. Service Interruption: The Service Operator may temporarily suspend the Service without prior notice due to system maintenance, technical problems, or force majeure, and shall not be liable for any damages caused thereby.
6. Third-Party Content: The Service Operator is not responsible for the content of advertisements, external links, or third-party content posted on this Service.

Article 6. User Obligations

1. Users shall use this Service within the scope of not violating laws and these Terms.
2. Uploading photos of others without their consent is prohibited.
3. Acts that interfere with the normal operation of the Service (hacking, crawling, causing excessive traffic, etc.) are prohibited.
4. Unauthorized use of information obtained using the Service for commercial purposes is prohibited.
5. Entering false information to misuse the system is prohibited.

Article 7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Intellectual property rights for all content within the Service (text, design, logo, UI composition, etc.) belong to the Service Operator.
2. Users may not use, or allow third parties to use, Service content for reproduction, distribution, transmission, publication, broadcasting, or other methods without prior written consent of the Service Operator.
3. Copyright for images uploaded by the User to the Service belongs to the respective User.

Article 8. Service Restrictions

The Service Operator may restrict or block a User's access to the Service in the following cases:

• Violation of obligations under these Terms
• Interference with the normal operation of the Service
• Use of the Service for illegal purposes
• Infringement of the rights of others

Article 9. Advertisement Placement

The Service Operator may place advertisements on the Service screens in connection with the operation of the Service. Third-party advertisement networks such as Google AdSense may be used for advertisement placement, and details regarding this can be found in the Privacy Policy.

Article 10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. The interpretation and application of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the use of the Service, the competent court shall be the court in accordance with the Civil Procedure Act.
